enherent Signs Agreement with IBM to Deliver Risk Management Solutions using Text Analytics
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Iselin, New Jersey – February 05, 2009 – enherent Corp. (OTC BB: ENHT, www.enherentcorp.com) (the “Company” or “enherent”), an Information Technology Consulting Services and Solution provider, announced today it has signed an OEM agreement with IBM (NYSE: IBM) to deliver enhanced enterprise risk management capabilities using IBM Content Analyzer. The analysis of text allows an organization to better identify areas of risk by providing visibility to information buried in documents, emails and other forms of text.
These enherent solutions tap the ability of IBM Content Analyzer to discover relationships, patterns, trends and anomalies in all forms of text. Actionable insight from these previously untapped information sources allows the enterprise to expand the amount of risk intelligence available to more effectively manage risk. enherent delivers risk intelligence via dashboards that combine insight from both traditional sources of risk data and the actionable insight found in text.
"Our joint clients will benefit from new solutions that combine enherent’s expertise with IBM text analytics and information access technologies," said Aaron Brown, program director. "These new solutions will make it possible to more effectively manage risk by providing better visibility to information throughout the enterprise.”
Extending business intelligence beyond structured data
Text is growing rapidly both inside and outside the enterprise. The market for text analytic solutions is quickly expanding, as organizations see the opportunity to use the insight from text to address key business challenges. Organizations have realized a rapid and significant ROI by using this insight to understand the sentiment of customers, employees, markets or citizens, quickly find fraud or money laundering activity, cost-effectively comply with regulations and support litigation, more effectively manage risk to brand and reputation, better facilitate quality and safety reviews, accelerate M&A due diligence, and better identify wasteful spending.
Under the terms of this IBM agreement, enherent will tightly integrate IBM Content Analyzer into enherent solutions that address many of the business challenges referenced above. Pamela Fredette, Chairman and CEO of enherent said, “We are very excited about our OEM relationship with IBM and believe we are uniquely positioned to advance these solutions. Our industry and advanced analytic expertise combined with IBM’s information management technologies will enable us to quickly deploy these high ROI solutions for our clients.”
