Iselin, New Jersey – March 10, 2009 – enherent Corp.  (OTC BB: ENHT, www.enherentcorp.com) (the “Company” or “enherent”), an Information Technology Consulting Services and Solution provider announced today the formation of a new minority-owned company, PB+L Technology Resources, LLC.  Led by enherent’s Vice President of Sales, Bruce Morgan, this new entity will focus on generating new business opportunities in the public and private sector. Mr. Morgan will serve as President of PB+L Technology Resources, LLC in addition to his role as Vice President of Sales at enherent.
